The content should include: slope requirements, support structure design, mechanical selection, excavation sequence, layered excavation depth, slope position, vehicle access roads, precipitation measures, and monitoring requirements.

Construction of foundation pits with a depth exceeding 2m must have edge protection railings of no less than 1.2m, and the distance between the foundation pit protection railings and the pit edge should be greater than 0.5m.

When the excavation depth of the foundation pit exceeds 5 meters (including 5 meters), or if the geological conditions and surrounding environment of the foundation pit (trench) are complex but not exceeding 5 meters, a special support plan should be formulated, and when it reaches a certain scale, experts should be organized to discuss the support plan in accordance with regulatory requirements.
